炖瓷盅锅,做法如下
1、将螃蟹洗净切成小块。田七洗净切片,与螃蟹同放瓷盅内,加少量水,备用
2、锅内入水,烧开,放入瓷盅,隔水用文火炖2-4小时,待螃蟹及田七均熟烂时,汤液会起胶粘状,说明熟烂合格,再加上盐、味精等调味品,即可食用
